Sultan ul Ashiqeen – The Perfect Fakir
Moreover, it is a historical fact that besides Prophets, Messengers and their Companions are the Fakirs (Fakir) who invited people towards Allah. They all follow the footsteps of Prophet Mohammad. Fakir is indifferent to color, nation, religion and sect, therefore Fakir calls everyone towards Allah only.
How to become successful by following Fakir?
Those people met success who followed these Fakirs. They purified their inner self by the beneficence of perfect Fakirs. As sacred Companions followed Prophet Mohammad, likewise after Holy Prophet, it is compulsory to follow Fakirs. True Fakir is on the footsteps of Prophet Mohammad. Thus, key to success is to becoming the part of mission of such a Fakir.
What is a Failure in both the worlds?
On the other hand, those who denied such Fakirs were rejected by Allah. They could not get salvation from the evil and became victim of Satan and inciting inner self.
Company of a Fakir
Undoubtedly, company of Fakir cleanses the esoteric self of a person, ultimately leading to the gnosis of Allah. One can say that company of a Fakir is as necessary as the water is for life.
Rumi and Fakir
Rumi says:-
The spiritual sight of a perfect Fakir purifies more than the water does. In fact water only purifies outwardly whereas spiritual sight of a Fakir purifies inwardly from sin.
Which blessings can be gained from Fakir?
When seeker of Allah sits in the company of Fakir, he gains following blessings:
- Doubts about Truth and Reality are removed from inward.
- It leads to salvation from pretence. Thus one gets sincerity of the inward.
- There remains no negligence in one’s self, ultimately leading to gnosis.
- Arrogance transforms in to humbleness.
- Evil changes to goodwill.
- Knowledge leads to truth of certainty.
- Bad qualities are replaced by good qualities.
Easy way to become Pious
Sultan Bahoo says
Company of a Fakir will make you pious whereas friendship of bad people will make you evil.
Incident of Fakhr al-Din al-Razi and Fakir
Fakhr al-Din al-Razi says in Tafsir al-Kabir:
- If I intend to explain the meaning of Tauz (The words اعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم Meaning: I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed) there are ten thousand different explanations.
These words explain the exalted level of his knowledge. But one can imagine the importance of Fakir or Murshid from the incident given below:
- When Razi was about to die, Satan attacked him to snatch his faith. Satan questioned him, “Why do you believe in Allah?” He gave his reasoning through verses of Quran. But Satan rejected all logics based on his knowledge. Razi gave three hundred and sixty five reasons but Satan rejected them with his knowledge and left him with no answer. Satan was about to destroy his faith when his Murshid, who was a Fakir, saved him despite being thousands of miles away from him. His Murshid, who was a true Fakir, guided him spiritually in these words:
رازی تو چرا نمی گو ئی کہ
من خدا رابلا دلیل می شنا سم
Meaning: O Razi! Why do you not say that you need not any logic to believe in Allah.
When Razi heard the spiritual voice (waham) of his spiritual guide, he said to Satan, “O Iblis! I believe in Allah without any reason.” Immediately Satan ran away. In this way, faith of Razi was saved by a Fakir although Razi himself was a famous scholar.
Authority of a Fakir
It is obvious from above narrated incident that Fakir does not only help in this world but in the hereafter too. In fact Fakir has authority over all the worlds.
Is it possible to travel the path without Fakir or Murshid
Indeed it is impossible to travel the path of Allah without a Fakir. As Rumi says:
پیر را بگزین کہ بے پیر ایں سفر
ہست بس پر آفت و خوف و خطر
Explanation: This world is full of danger, therefore search for a spiritual guide (Fakir). If you want to safeguard yourself against these dangers, then adopt the slavehood of a Murshid (Fakir).
Sultan ul Ashiqeen – Perfect Fakir of Present Era
Sultan ul Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib ur Rehman is the perfect spiritual guide and Fakir of Sarwari Qadri order of present era.
Spiritual Sight of Sultan ul Ashiqeen
Spiritual sight of Sultan ul Ashiqeen is so beneficent which takes the seeker to his destination in a moment. Even it is true for those devotees who are physically not present in the sacred company of Sultan ul Ashiqeen i.e. they are also blessed with his spiritual sight. Undauntedly, spiritual attention of Sultan ul Ashiqeen purifies the inwards and thus blesses the light of gnosis.
Sultan ul Ashiqeen as a great Reformer of Islam
Being the Universal Divine Man of the era, he has reformed Islam in its true sense. He has propagated the teachings of Faqr and made them accessible to every person in the world. Moreover, he has unveiled the Truth which was hidden. He has introduced the whole world with a true picture of Islam.
Sultan ul Ashiqeen took revolutionary steps in Spiritual World
Undoubtedly Sultan ul Ashiqeen being a perfect Fakir has revolutionized the esoteric world. He took such steps which no one else took in the history of the world. He propagates Faqr and gnosis of Allah according to this verse:-
Meaning: You are the best community brought forth for (the guidance of) mankind: you enjoin Divine gnosis, forbid evil and believe in Allah. (3:110)
Sultan ul Ashiqeen blesses Ism e Allah Zaat
Sultan ul Ashiqeen blesses seekers of Allah with Ism-e-Allah Zaat. As Allah says:
Meaning: (O Glorious Beloved!) Say: ‘This is my way. I invite towards Ism-e-Allah Zaat. I am (firm and committed to) my vision and insight, I and also he who follows me. (12:108)
Sultan ul Ashiqeen, being a true Fakir is a role model for his devotees. He perfectly follows the Sharia and Sunna of Prophet Mohammad. Thus, Sultan ul Ashiqeen is a perfect example for all the seekers. As Allah says:
Meaning: Do you command others for piety and forget yourselves, whilst you (also) recite the Book (of Allah)? So, do you not think?
Use of Advance Technology to Spread Faqr
Sultan ul Ashiqeen uses all modern technologies to spread the teachings of Faqr. Since Sultan ul Ashiqeen adorned the throne of Divine guidance and persuasion he has used every moment of his life to spread the teachings of Ghaus-ul-Azam Hazrat Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (ra) and Sultan Bahoo (ra) worldwide.
How to play our role?
To become successful in this world and the world hereafter, it is necessary that everyone plays his role or fulfill responsibility which has been assigned by Allah. As Allah has descended us on the earth with some purpose. This purpose is to gain gnosis of Allah.
Now, one must strive to gain recognition of Allah. But it is a historical fact that one cannot gain gnosis without swearing bayat on the sacred hand of a perfect Fakir. Thus, one needs to search for a Fakir. Only true and perfect Fakir can lead to Allah.
Invitation of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr
Tehreek Dawat e Faqr is a non-political and non-profit organization being indifferent to all sectarian issues. Sultan ul Ashiqeen laid the foundation of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr.
Tehreek Dawat e Faqr invites you to swear bayat or oath of allegiance on the hand of Sultan ul Ashiqeen who is a perfect Fakir of this era. In this way one can travel the spiritual path which leads to Allah. As poet says:
یک زمانہ صحبت با اولیا
بہتر از صد سالہ طاعت بے ریا
Explanation: The one moment spent in the company of a Fakir is worth more than sincere devotion of hundred years.
