میں اللہ کو حاضر ناظر جان کر مکمل اخلاص کے ساتھ اقرار کرتا/کرتی ہوں کہ میں نے سلطان العاشقین حضرت سخی سلطان محمد نجیب الرحمٰن مدظلہ الاقدس کے ہاتھ پر بیعت کر لی ہے۔
